About Us
The Forge is a global family ministry on discipleship to inspire spiritual growth among men and women. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, was quite clear about what he wanted us to do. Matthew 28:19-20 says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
The world does not need lukewarm converts, but people who follow Jesus with their whole heart. Spiritual maturity requires a process. Just as in natural life, we desire babies to grow into toddlers, toddlers into children, children into teenagers, teenagers into young adults, and finally into mature adults.
This is the mission of FamilyForge: to provide a clear pathway for new believers to become spiritually mature disciples, men and women who reflect Christ in every area of their lives.
Discipleship has always been a challenge for both men and women. Each brings unique strengths to the body of Christ:
– Women often excel in relational support, community building, and spiritual sensitivity.
– Men often thrive in structure, mission, and goal‑oriented growth.
Both are essential. Scripture teaches that the whole Church —men, women, and young people— is called to grow, serve, and build up the body of Christ, each according to the gifts given by the Spirit (discipleship).
When men and women reach spiritual maturity, families become stronger. Stronger families produce united churches. United churches transform communities. Transformed communities influence governments with principles. And principled governments contribute to a better world.
FamilyForge exists to form disciples who disciple others, empowering each person to use their God‑given strengths. Our vision is for men, women, and youth to walk together toward spiritual maturity, each playing a meaningful role in the mission of Jesus.
The three pillars of FamilyForge are Foundation, Fellowship, and Fruit. These three F’s, together with the FamilyForge Technology Platform (FTP), make our process unique. The FTP consists of two innovative tools:
– An online curriculum designed to help any Christian grow as a disciple.
– The Discipleship Tool (DT), which offers the benefits of a relationship‑management system adapted specifically for spiritual mentoring.
We call this approach Discipleship Relationship Management (DRM). Together, these tools empower anyone —man or woman— to become a more effective mentor.

What Are The Three Pillars Of The Forge?
Foundation
The Foundation of the Forge is the Word of God. Knowledge of God’s word is paramount for spiritual maturity.
The Forge has an offline and online course or curriculum that was designed to help a Christian build a foundation and knowledge of God’s word.
Fellowship
The Fellowship is the pillar of the Forge that represents the importance of brotherhood.
Also, if the Foundation is the knowledge, then the Fellowship is the application.
This is where brothers do life together applying biblical principles by meeting together, praying for one another, encouraging one another, and keeping one another accountable.
Fruit
The Fruit pillar of the Forge is about replication. Jesus told us to go make disciples of all the nations.
In the movie The Forge, “we are encouraged to grow not by addition but it must be by multiplication and we must be one of a million not one in a million”.
The Bible tells us that we need to bear fruit and be fruitful and multiply. So, to grow fruit we need good tools like gardening tools, soil, and water.
So, the Forge provides all the materials, guidelines, and a technology platform to allow Churches to create their own Forge.
